Miniature Terrarium Diorama with a little 'WaLkiNg DeAd' creature & combination of real & faux moss!
Grotesque, picturesque and absolutely irresistible for every true Zombie flick fan & person who loves OOAK whimsical creations! :)

I'm a huge horror fan as well; have been as long as I can remember! Especially interested in the "undead" creatures; Zombies, Vampires, Ghouls; also the Werewolves :) So, it was so natural to me to create this super unique, three-dimensional diorama terrarium! It was so much fun and I am very happy with the results (trust me, these pictures can't do enough justice!). If you are looking for something extremely different, fun, grotesque, geeky with a twist of gore, this OOAK miniature created with nature finds and love is a must have in your collection!
Used materials include: preserved moss, nature finds (branches, stones, dried flowers, faux/synthetic moss) , small thick glass jar, acrylic paint , stage (fake) blood…

ThE VaGaBoNd & ThE LiTtLe PriNcE Of UnDeRwAtEr CuRrEnTs~*

I was always fascinated with SeAhOrSeS! Their unique appearance, interesting life style & peaceful nature inspire me :) Especially this tiny kind, so called -Dwarf Seahorse- ! <3 Just thinking of them & their bravery to live and love (!) in super huge, scary and mysterious depths of the Seas & Oceans, blows my mind away! :)))
I preserved this little buddy in a miniature glass vial, surrounded with beautiful tiny dried flowers and real moss...so it's poetry can live on forever~*... More photos coming up soon...

Seahorse Positive Totem and Symbolism
SEAHORSE TOTEM
Perception. The eyesight of the seahorse is incredibly sharp, and each eye moves independently. Taken as a symbolic message of perception and awareness of those around us. When lost or confused, the seahorse suggests that we take a good look around to get a better perspective of the situations.

The male seahorse impregnated by the female and carries the offspring to term. This totem is sharing the load in the home, and gaining perspective of both genders.

The seahorse has a boney exoskeleton which is a totem of protection. Often when the seahorse comes to us it is a sign that we need protection.

A relatively calm, and mild-mannered creature, the seahorse is seemingly content to roam the seas. Their bodies are geared for ambling-type motion. They are symbolic of patience and contentment - they are happy with being where they are, and are in no hurry for advancement.
Further testimony to these attributes is the lack of evolution of the seahorse’s body style. They have remained with this body style without change since their inception. Content to be who they are, and not feeling the need to change.

The seahorse wraps its tail around the nearest object in order to anchor itself in turbulent waters. This is a lesson to be persistent in our goals.

The Ancient Greeks and Romans believed the seahorse was an attribute of the sea god Neptune/Poseidon and as such, the seahorse was considered a symbol of strength and power.
Chinese cultures believed that the seahorse was a type of sea dragon, and as such they were revered for their power and thought to be symbols of good luck. Sailors have long viewed the seahorse as a good luck charm too.

The beautiful work of a true movie pioneer, one of a kind dreamer and "Cinemagician", Mr.George Méliès never stopped to inspire me! I recognize his dreams and ideas so much, and I think we are connected in spirit!! This necklace is my little homage to him and all of those beautiful dreamers who never give up their ideals for primitive, sensless, crude world of mass-production & fake existence!

P.S. The movie "Hugo" directed by Martin Scorsese is a wonderful homage to Meliese's work ! A must see for sure! I enjoyed watching it in 3d with my sister last winter...it was a true cine-magic and travelling back in time with beautiful message about power of love and passion...
